If you connect your Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook calendar, we access and store calendar event data including event titles, times, locations, and attendee information. This data is used solely to manage and synchronise your property viewing appointments.

3.3 Call Recordings and Transcripts

When you use our voice AI features, we may record and transcribe calls with property viewers for the purpose of capturing viewing feedback. Participants are notified when calls are being recorded.

3.4 Viewing Feedback Data

We collect and analyse feedback from property viewings, including sentiment, property aspect evaluations, and viewer comments. This may include personal opinions and preferences expressed by property viewers.

3.5 Contact Information

We store contact details for property viewers and other individuals you interact with through the Service, including names, phone numbers, and email addresses.

7. Google API Limited Use Disclosure

Viewery's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we limit our use of Google user data to providing and improving the calendar synchronisation features of the Service. We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide and improve the Service, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to users.

8. International Data Transfers

Some of our third-party service providers are based outside the United Kingdom. When we transfer your personal data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office, or transfers to countries with an adequacy decision.
